Culture Dining Restaurant
Get intimate at Woolloongabba's very own designation dining destination with a twist!
Culture Dining Restaurant is a decadent culinary experience unlike anything else in Brisbane, helmed by 3 European-trained chefs and occupying an intimate dimlit dining room inside a Woolloongabba warehouse.
With just 14 seats, Culture Dining Restaurant is arranged around the open kitchen, so you get to see the chefs (Emanuele Pelonero, Luca Valenti and Alba Rizzo) at work, chopping, beating, mixing and cooking up a storm in front of the diners.
For dinner, there's a European omakase-style menu of 10 main courses (excluding welcome snacks), made from local Australian ingredients and offering a true paddock to plate experience as everything is prepared from scratch as you watch. Served up to you directly by the chefs, the food is superbly plated on bespoke crockery, enhanced by beautiful tableware.
The menu, which changes every 3-4 weeks, showcases seasonal ingredients that you simply cannot buy, hailing from months of planning and preparation. Each course has its origins clearly explained to diners, making for an open and transparent dining experience, starting with dishes such as Crab croquette, sweet potato, fish mayo, scampi oil; Confit potato beef tartare, capers and Bread of the day.
As well as the contemporary degustation-style dinner menu, Culture Dining Restaurant also opens for lunch with a special one-hour degustation offering for $75 per person.
Dinner has two 2-hour sessions, one from 5.30-7.30pm and one from 8-10pm.
